We would rather make 200 of something than 20,000
Every Aurelia piece starts on a bench in our studio and ends with a maker we have worked with for years. That is why runs are short, why the finishes vary slightly, and why we can tell you exactly what is in a product.

Shipping, returns and everything else
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours and typically arrive in 2–5 working days. Large furniture is delivered by a two-person team who will place it in the room of your choice — you will get a two-hour arrival window by SMS.
What is the returns policy?
Live with a piece for 60 days. If it is not right, we collect it free of charge and refund the full amount to your original payment method within five working days. Cushion covers and glassware must be unused and in their original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 24 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Oversized furniture currently ships within the US, Canada, the UK and the EU.
How do I care for solid wood and linen?
Wipe timber with a barely damp cloth and re-oil once a year with a hard-wax oil. Linen is machine washable at 30°C — it gets softer with every wash. Wool rugs should be vacuumed without a beater bar and cleaned professionally.
Are spare parts available?
Yes. Fixings, cords, shades, cushion covers and shelf brackets are all stocked for at least ten years after a product is discontinued, and they are free within the three-year warranty.
